Our story

A family recipe that crossed an ocean

Panjabi Swaad began on our family land in Punjab where panjeeri meant winter, weddings and new babies.

We brought that recipe to a small kitchen in Ottawa so our own kids could grow up tasting it. Now we make it for your family too, the same ghee, the same gond, the same love.

How fresh is the panjeeri?

We roast in small batches after you order, so it reaches you within a few days of being made. Best before 6 months; once opened, store airtight and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Do you deliver in Ottawa?

Yes,local pickup and delivery within Ottawa. Message us your area at checkout and we'll confirm options and timing.

How do I pay?

Interac e-Transfer or cash on pickup, no card fees added to your order.

Is there a gluten-free option?

Yes, our Besan panjeeri is made with chickpea flour instead of wheat. It still contains milk and tree nuts.

Allergens?

All recipes contain milk and tree nuts; Original and Postpartum also contain wheat. A no-nut version is available through custom orders.
